how we came up with SULOFORCE

An idea can spark at the most unique of times.  Sitting as friends, after dinner William and I, started discussing an idea to solve a dilemma in his field; finding employees for the Home health Care industry.

Home Health Care agencies face ever-changing schedules to care for those in need of assistance. Finding available workers to fill roles such as nursing, companionship, etc., is an endless task for recruiters. 

Phone calls are unceasing.

We imagined a platform that could connect agencies with providers, offering current availability, location and field of service- all before a phone call is made.  Thus eliminating the need for costly new hires and expensive online ads.
